Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • Order Processing: 1-2 business days
  • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 days delivery after shipping ($12.95)
  • Free Shipping: Via EMS for orders over $50 – 15-25 days delivery after shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and some remote areas). Tracking information will be emailed once your saltwater fishing gear is on its way.

Our Hassle-Free Return Policy

We stand behind our corrosion-resistant saltwater fishing equipment, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. Here’s how our return process works:

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Saltwater Terminal Tackle (used hooks, swivels, or other small components)
  • Any items showing signs of use or saltwater exposure
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories

  5. Confirmation: We’ll email you when we receive and process your return

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange
  • The replacement product (from our current inventory)
  • Any size/color/model preferences

We’ll cover standard shipping costs for exchanges of defective items.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
