We process returns with the same care we put into selecting our saltwater fishing equipment. Whether it’s a rod that doesn’t suit your fishing style or a reel that needs adjusting, we’ll help make it right.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • Timeframe: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order number required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Saltwater Terminal Tackle (used hooks, swivels, or other small components)
  • Any items showing signs of use or saltwater exposure
  • Personalized or custom-ordered equipment

Step-by-Step Return Process

  2. Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
  3. Package Securely: Use original packaging if possible, include all accessories

Exchange Process

Follow the same steps as returns, but clearly indicate in your email:

  • The item you wish to exchange

We’ll cover standard shipping costs for exchanges of defective items.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Original payment method (credit cards via Visa/MasterCard/JCB or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless return is due to our error

International Returns

For our global customers (excluding Asia and some remote areas):
